Grandfather & Floor Clocks
You must email returns@grandfather-clock.com to receive
a
"Return Authorization" number and "Return Address".
Any defect in material or workmanship must be reported within 10 days of delivery.
A "Return Authorization" number and return instructions will be given to the customer
and the clock can be returned for refund of purchase price (less S&H).
Return requests for any reason other than a defect in material or workmanship must also be made within 10 days of delivery and a refund
will be issued for the purchase price (less S&H) and a 20% restocking fee.
The clock must be returned in unused condition in original cartons with all documentation for a refund. Clock must be packaged properly to avoid any damage
during shipment and no refund will be issued for any returned clock that is damaged because of improper packaging and return shipping
is the responsibility of the customer.
After 10 days of delivery, all sales of Crosley, JC Jordan & Edward Meyer Clocks are final and only the manufacturer's warranty will apply.
NO refund will be issued for any returned clock unless a "Return Authorization"
number has been issued!
EXCHANGES - We do not process exchanges.
To receive a different clock, you would have to follow the return process above to return the clock you do not want
and then place a new order for the clock you do want
Shipping Damage: Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with UPS. If any cartons are damaged, be sure to note this on the freight
bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the
freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. The manufacturer cannot
be held responsible for damage caused by UPS.
NOTE: Each Crosley, JC Jordan & Edward Meyer clock is inspected for defects and the time/chime movement
and swing movement are tested to ensure that each clock is free from defects.

Bulova, Howard Miller, Hentschel and Kieninger Grandfather & Floor Clocks are shipped directly from the manufacturer
or distributor. Clocks shipped from inventory have a 30-day "Return Policy". Special Order clocks that are built for customer cannot be cancelled or returned.
